To ensure a great experience for
each of our guests

we ask that the following Spa Etiquette be observed:

1. Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for you to check-in, change and relax. New guests will be asked to complete a confidential medical questionnaire; designed with your well being in mind. You may also be asked to update your information on a regular basis.

2. Late Arrival
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Please appreciate that we cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to late arrival.

3. Cell Phones

Please turn your cell phones off or set on silent during your time at the spa in consideration of other guests. We will be happy to relay any messages to you.

4. Cancellation Policy
With all reservations for spa or salon services you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit cards. Please note that no charges will be made to your credit card until your service has been completed or in accordance with our reservation cancellation requirements. If you do not have a valid credit card you may hold your reservation by using either cash or debit.

Cancellation Requirements:
We need 24 hours notice to cancel the reserved appointment.
All large group reservations (ex: Bridal parties) will require 1 to 3 weeks’ notice to cancel or make significant alterations to the reservation. 
Please understand that when you make a reservation with us we have set aside that time specifically for you with your service provider and may have turned away other possible guests to hold that reservation for you. In the event that you fail to provide notice within the above parameters, the full charge for your service(s) booked will be charged to the credit card given at the time of booking.

5. We’re Licensed
We have Licensed Registered Massage Therapist with CMTO, Licensed Hairdresser and qualified Esthetician to perform all professional services. Our home-based Health and Beauty Business is a Registered Business.  

6. Sanitization and Sterilization
Sanitization is a priority at Health and Beauty Oasis. We use hospital grade sterilants and virucides to thoroughly disinfect and clean all of our tools and equipment after each use. If an item cannot be thoroughly sterilized it is thrown away after use.

7. Children
Only children receiving services are allowed in the spa area while accompanied by a parent or guardian.

8. Method of Payment
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard. Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change. Treatment times are approximate. Gratuities are not included in the service price.

9. Returns / Exchanges
All gift cards and pre-paid services are non-refundable, but are transferable. 

10. Valuables
You may be asked to remove jewelry for some treatments, however, Health and Beauty Oasis does not assume liability for lost personal items.

12. Gratuities
Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are not included in the price of our services, packages, or gift cards.
